Part of me feels like I’ve done this DVD topic before. But then I also think maybe I did it in an episode that had tech glitches and never got posted. Tell me, dear listener/commenter. Have I done this before??

Also, I DID record an episode with a guest for this week… only it was quite possibly the worst 12 minutes ever recorded, and both my guest and I thought it best to never air.

I realized once again that I was not using the correct mic to record the audio about 9mins in. Stupid Garage Band and it’s stupid audio settings… why would you not automatically switch back to my mic once I plug it in?

Also, when discussing Jurassic Park, I meant Laura Dern, not Laura Linney. Though let’s face it, is anyone able to tell the difference?

I spent Labor Day hanging at the beach, which I haven’t done in years. The water was freezing and I got sunburned all over my stomach except for one single patch where you can clearly see my fingers burned into my skin. Otherwise, it was awesome.

Anyway, it’s also why this episode is getting posted late. I’m gonna go soak myself in Aloe and go to sleep. Or try to.
